OTMI's Customer Support Department consists of software and technical/hardware support people. In addition to offering support and training via telephone and WebEx, training is also available on-site.

Our Programming Staff and Customer Support Staff work hand-in-hand developing and testing improvements made to our software to ensure that our users are provided with the best product available to grow their businesses.
